Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO). Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time, but we may expand our service areas in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We understand that timely delivery is important, so we offer two distinct shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping

- $10.00 for orders between $0 and $60
- Free Shipping for orders over $60
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
- Standard Shipping is available to most U.S. locations. For orders within the $0 to $60 range, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged. For orders over $60, shipping is completely free.
Expedited Shipping
- Cost:
- $20.00 for all orders, regardless of size
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- If you need your order faster, you can choose Expedited Shipping. This option is designed to speed up delivery, guaranteeing that your package will arrive more quickly. Please note that this option incurs a fixed shipping cost of $20.00, regardless of your order amount.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary depending on the method you choose:
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 for orders between $0 and $60, or Free for orders above $60
- Expedited Shipping: $20.00 for all orders
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the total value of your order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by us.
4. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST, we will aim to ship it the same day. Orders made after 12:00 PM EST or during weekends will typically be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping times are calculated from the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Standard Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, and Expedited Shipping usually arrives in 3-7 business days. The exact shipping time can vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or postal service delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your package's progress and stay updated on its delivery status. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier's website or through the link provided in your email.

6. Address Accuracy
To avoid any shipping delays, please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing a lost item or providing a refund for damaged goods.
- Lost Shipments: If your package shows as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If your items are damaged during shipping, please report it within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide us with pictures of the damage to help expedite the process.

Although we strive to deliver your order within the promised time frame, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volume (e.g., during holidays), or issues with the carrier. If your order is eligible for free shipping but needs to be returned, the shipping charges you originally paid for the order will not be refunded.
